Tagsports in Athens during Feb 2004

Our first trip out to Athens was for the preparation/warmup games in February 2004. The Goudi Stadium was still a building site and we wondered whether the all would be ready for August!

Below are some photos from February 2004 showing the Goudi Stadium where the Badminton will be played. Andy and Tim spent a week at the Stadium in Athens working with Yonex at the pre-Olympic event, stringing racquets and getting to know the area.
